The McCall–Cascade corridor follows Highway 55 through Boise and Valley counties: Horseshoe Bend and Garden Valley on the Payette, then Cascade on Lake Cascade, Donnelly, and McCall on Payette Lake. New Meadows sits west of McCall, where Highway 95 meets the corridor. This is mountain and lake country, with a different pace than the valley floor.
