Living in Star
Star sits on Highway 44 west of Eagle, at the Ada and Canyon County line. The Boise River is south of town. The city has grown quickly along State Street and Star Road, with farmland still visible toward Middleton and south toward the river.
Homes and inventory
Listings are mostly newer single-family subdivisions. A smaller set of older homes sits near the original townsite. River-adjacent and larger-lot properties appear south of Highway 44. Nearby inventory includes Eagle, Middleton, and north Meridian.
Getting around
Highway 44 is the only major through-road. Star Road runs south toward the river and north toward Emmett. Highway 16 is the newer north–south connector toward Emmett and south toward I-84.
